Terms and Conditions for Positive Terminal & Brisbane Dashcam
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Positive Terminal and Brisbane Dashcam, located in Holland Park West, Brisbane, Australia. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Scope of Services:
Positive Terminal and Brisbane Dashcam offer a comprehensive range of automotive solutions, including:
• Automotive Accessory Fitting: Retail and wholesale of automotive accessories and parts, both online and in-person, including the fitment of accessories supplied by us or the customer.
• Dashcam Installation & Supply: Provision and installation of dashcams through our Brisbane Dashcam division, including high-quality products from leading brands.
• Maintenance and Repair: Maintenance and repair services for automotive accessories supplied by us or the customer, ensuring longevity and functionality.
• Automotive Electrical and Mechanical Services: Full range of electrical and mechanical services for vehicles.
Booking and Payments:
• Appointments can be scheduled through our website, phone, or in person.
• Payment is due on the date of service completion, unless otherwise agreed upon.
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, EFTPOS, and electronic funds transfers.
• All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax) unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
- Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Client Responsibilities:
- Clients are responsible for ensuring our safety and facilitating our work environment while operating at their premises. This includes:
- Granting permission for us to work in their designated car park or workplace car park.
- Ensuring there is no traffic obstruction around the vehicle during the service.
- Providing sufficient space for us to fully open the doors, boot, tailgate, and hood of the vehicle.
- Ensuring adequate lighting conditions for us to perform the service efficiently and safely.
- Providing good ventilation, especially in underground car parks, to maintain a comfortable and safe working environment.
- Ensuring a free parking spot is available within a 50-meter radius around the vehicle on the same level, facilitating our access and movement during the service.
Liability:
- Positive Terminal strives to provide high-quality services; however, we cannot guarantee the outcome of every service provided. While we endeavour to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of our services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.
- Clients acknowledge that the use of our services is at their own risk. Positive Terminal shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, revenue, data, or use incurred by the client or any third party, whether in an action in contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from or in connection with the use of our services.
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their vehicle and any relevant details pertaining to the services required. Positive Terminal shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the provision of services based on inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
- Positive Terminal shall not be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, government regulations, or any other force majeure event.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and care of their vehicles following the completion of services by Positive Terminal. We shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the client's failure to adhere to recommended maintenance procedures or misuse of the vehicle.
- Positive Terminal shall not be held responsible for any damages or losses resulting from help information not provided by the customer. It is the responsibility of the client to disclose all relevant information necessary for the provision of services.
- Positive Terminal cannot be held liable for weak parts that could break during operations, such as plastics damaged by the sun or roof lining that falls apart but not limited to. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure the overall condition and durability of their vehicle's components before service.
Warranties:
- Please refer to our Warranty terms for specific details.
- We provide warranties on our services and products as per Australian consumer law.
- Any warranty claims must be made within the specified warranty period and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- We do not refund or exchange any opened, unsealed product that is not fitted by us.
- In case of any warranty issues or concerns, you can primarily reach out to the manufacturer for assistance.
Privacy Policy:
- We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property:
- All content and materials provided by Positive Terminal, including but not limited to logos, images, and text, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Governing Law:
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Changes to Terms and Conditions:
- Positive Terminal reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and
Conditions at any time.
