1. Damages and Issues
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us immediately within 15 days of receipt. You may be eligible for a replacement, repair, or refund. Please provide the following when contacting us about damaged or defective products:
• Order number
• Photos of the damaged product
• Description of the issue
We will guide you through the process and arrange for a resolution as quickly as possible.
2. Exceptions
Certain items are non-returnable due to their nature or specific manufacturer policies. These include:
• Products that have been opened, used, or installed unless faulty.
• Customized or special order products.
• Digital products (e.g., software or downloadable products).
If a product has specific return limitations or conditions, they will be clearly stated on the product page or in the product description.
3. Exchanges and Refunds
• Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product for another one, please contact us within 15 days of receipt. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must be returned in original condition and packaging.
• Refunds: If a refund is requested for a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will process it once the item is returned and inspected. Refunds are issued using the original payment method. In cases where change of mind is the reason for return, refunds are not accepted.
